Trading has always been a performance discipline. But unlike athletics, chess, or professional gaming — there has never been a structured public arena where traders compete under consistent rules, against an objective field, with results that are documented and comparable.
Traders developed skills in isolation. Tested strategies against themselves. Had no way to benchmark performance against peers under identical conditions. The competitive infrastructure that every other serious performance discipline takes for granted simply did not exist for trading.
